VibeGuard IMU Kit combines a three-axis accelerometer, a low-power Cortex-M4 MCU, and LoRa/BLE connectivity on a credit-card-sized board. Stick the board onto a motor, compressor, or pump, then use Edge Impulse to capture vibration waveforms and train a “Healthy vs. Fault” model in under ten minutes. Flash the model back to the device with one click. In deployment the board samples at 400 Hz and infers in under 25 ms, continuously assessing machine health. When it detects a new spectral pattern or shock spike, it sounds an onboard buzzer and sends an MQTT alert over LoRa. Ideal for maintenance teams building predictive-maintenance PoCs, the kit also supports over-the-air model updates for gradual scaling to production nodes.
